What is the difference between same day and express courier?
A same day courier collects your item and delivers it directly to the recipient on the same calendar day, with no overnight stops or sorting depots involved. An express courier service still prioritises speed and guarantees delivery within a defined time window, but may suit slightly less time-critical consignments or scheduled same-day runs booked in advance. Both services are direct and dedicated — your goods are never consolidated with other parcels in a shared van.

Can you handle fragile or high-value items?
Absolutely. Because our couriers make direct, dedicated runs — your item is the only consignment in the vehicle — the risk of damage from repeated handling or re-sorting is greatly reduced compared with standard parcel networks. Our drivers are experienced in transporting fragile, sensitive and high-value goods. If you have special packaging requirements or specific handling instructions, let us know at the time of booking and we will accommodate them.
Insurance & Tracking
Are my goods insured during transit?
Yes. Goods in transit insurance is included with every booking as standard. For high-value shipments, we recommend declaring the full value of your consignment at the point of booking so that appropriate cover can be confirmed before the driver collects. If you have specific insurance requirements or are sending particularly valuable or sensitive goods, please speak to us directly.
Do you offer parcel tracking?
Yes. We provide real-time updates throughout the journey so you always know the status of your consignment. You will receive confirmation when your driver has collected the goods and again upon delivery, including proof of delivery. For time-critical shipments you can also call or message us at any point for an immediate live update from the driver.
